Links to Project Management Systems

Includes direct links to project management systems such as Microsoft Project, Project Server (with integration into the Project Server Web Access interface), Primavera, Deltek’s Open Plan and Cobra. This drastically reduces timesheet errors as time can only be charged against valid tasks. Hours entered in TimeControl are returned directly to the project management system as activity progress.

Links to Finance Systems & Flexible Rates

TimeControl links to virtually any ERP or Finance system including SAP, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, Baan and Microsoft Dynamics.

Batch tracking of postings ensures that no data is exported twice inadvertently. Complete Debit/Credit functionality and an ability to close previous periods from adjustments allows TimeControl data to be accepted by the Finance system with confidence.

Unlimited cost and billing rates with rule-based application ensure that the correct rate is applied to time entered.

Expenses Capture

Users can attach expense details to timesheets (such as travel or meal expenses) to provide a complete record of project cost and support processes such as contractor invoice approval or self billing.

Reporting & Analysis

Comes with many pre-defined reports and a flexible reporting wizard to create additional custom reports with spreadsheet export. A Drill Down Analyzer provides instant ad-hoc analysis of data at any level.

Architecture & Client

TimeControl is an open architecture system that supports a variety of databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase and others. It can be deployed as a Windows, Browser or SharePoint client.
