Microsoft Project 2010 is an intuitive and easier way to successfully complete projects. We will take you through how to use Microsoft Project 2010 efficiently from building up the project plan to seeing how to use the new Timeline and Team Planner work. We will show the new functionality of Microsoft Project 2010 and an overview of how to use Microsoft Project 2010.
You will be shown the advanced copy and paste; user controlled scheduling and how a user can now do top down planning and manually schedule tasks; users will be taken through the fluent user interfaces and see the new features on the ribbons which normally only involve one click to carry out the required functionality; they will see the new Timeline View which enables tasks to be copied into a timeline view which can then be emailed or pasted into a PowerPoint slide for collaboration purposes and they will be shown the new Team Planner view which enables then to visually manage assignments in an intuitive resource centric view, they are able to drag and drop tasks to assign them to resources and to deal with resource over-allocation quickly and efficiently.
